10T/D press oil production line

The process of press oil production line is as following: 1.It is the cold press oil process of the safflower seed with shell.It used the double screw cold press machinery,which is the most advanced until now. 2.It not only can press the material with high temperature (hot press process),which has been steamed and fried,but also can press the material with normal temperature (cold press process),which has not been steamed and fried.The material will be put through the material storage pot.It will be removed the iron impurites by the magnetic tube first ,and removed the staw,leaves ,soils and so on by the vibration sieve. 3.Then the material without any impurities will sent into the pressure embyo machinery for to be rolled embyo (the thickness of the embyo piece:0.3---0.5mm). 4.Next the embyoed material will be sent into the press oil machinery to be pressed oil.The pressed oil will be filted. 5.Finally we get the crude oil.
